This policy explains how Sub Zero Digital uses cookies and processes personal data on this website (subzerodigital.co.uk), in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit.
2. Cookies we use
This website uses only essential, functional cookies. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No consent banner is required.

| Formspree | Processes contact form submissions on your behalf | Form field data you submit (name, email, message etc.) | As per Formspree's privacy policy |
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising technology.
3. Personal data collected via the contact form
When you submit the contact form, the following data is collected and sent to Sub Zero Digital via Formspree:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name (if provided)
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your project message
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties beyond Formspree (our form processing service).
4. Legal basis for processing
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you have voluntarily submitted.
5. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically up to 12 months). You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@subzerodigital.co.uk.
7. Third-party services
Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google's CDN. This results in your IP address being sent to Google's servers. If you prefer to avoid this, you can disable stylesheets in your browser, though the site may appear differently. See Google's privacy policy.
Formspree: Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc. See Formspree's privacy policy.
8. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect some functionality on this and other websites.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
